	Individualized, Interdisciplinary, and Lifelong Learning Faculty	First College
	SUMMARY: The Individualized, Interdisciplinary, and Lifelong Learning faculty member will teach courses offered in First College. In addition, the faculty member will advise students in the individualized baccalaureate degree program. Other responsibilities include helping to coordinate an expanding first-year experience curriculum and generally being an advocate for a variety of diverse learning strategies as well as serving on faculty and university committees.
