The Power of YOU can place the dream of college attendance, success, and graduation within your reach.  By covering the cost of tuition and fees for your first two years (or up to 72 credits), the Power of YOU opens the doors to college. It's up to you to walk through them.

The Power of YOU program offers eligible students:

• Tuition-free education provided through state and federal grants and private scholarships
• Assistance in applying for grant-based financial aid
• Courses designed specifically to develop skills needed to achieve a college education
• Enhanced advising and student support services to increase your opportunities for success
• Community-building through connection with other Power of YOU students

The Power of YOU program is offered to you through the collaborative efforts of three institutions:

• Metropolitan State University
• Minneapolis Community and Technical College
• Saint Paul College
