Metropolitan State University's School of Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice has established academic partnerships with many two-year colleges in the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities (MnSCU) System that offer related programs. Each relationship, outlined in what is known as an articulation agreement, is designed to accomplish the following objectives.
- provide coordinated programs of high academic quality
- encourage student achievement
- facilitate the transfer of course credits and a smooth transition from one related degree program to the other.
- allow students to concurrently enroll at both institutions, thereby having access to classes, advisors and activities at both institutions.
