 TRIO/Student Support Services
Through academic and personal support, TRIO/Student Support
Services helps eligible students in reaching their educational
goals. TRIO/SSS provides advising, advocacy, mentoring,
assistance with study skills and cooperative learning groups
to admitted Metropolitan State University students who are
U.S. citizens/permanent residents and who meet at least
one of three criteria:
- first-generation college students
- eligible for financial aid at a level established by
the U.S. Department of Education
- students with documented disabilities
